What cards do we accept?
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club, JCB and UnionPay. Check with your bank about the possibility of using your card for online payments.
How do you pay with us?
When ordering, please select the payment form "Payment card online". After submitting your order, you will be redirected to the ComGate payment gateway interface where you will enter your card number, expiration date and CVC code - three numbers that can be found in the signature strip on the back of the card. Everything is secured by the 3D Secure standard, so you'll probably be asked to enter a numeric code, which you'll receive via text message from your bank.
You enter all of this information directly into the payment gateway of the processing bank, which provides an unbreakable encrypted data transmission and only tells us the result of the authorisation, thus instructing us to process the order. This eliminates the possibility of your payment card being misused by the merchant (i.e. us). Your data is protected by a high degree of encryption when transmitted over the Internet and is not freely accessible.
You are informed of the outcome of the transaction by e-mail.
If the bank does not confirm your card payment, it may be for the following reasons:
- credit card details were not filled in correctly
- you do not have enough funds in your account or you have already exhausted the limit for online transactions
- Your card is not allowed to be used for internet transactions. In this case you need to contact your bank.
If this happens, please contact our customer support to change the payment method of your order.
Payment gateway provider
Online payments are provided by ComGate payment gateway. The service provider, ComGate Payments, a.s., is a licensed payment institution operating under the supervision of the Czech National Bank. Payments made through the payment gateway are fully secured and all information is encrypted.
