Dear customer!
Thank you for using our services and purchasing some of the goods we offer. We hope that you will be satisfied with the delivered goods, as well as with the quality and speed of our services and that you will remain our friend in the future.
Should there be any complications in the processing of your order, e.g. the goods not being delivered complete or in the required design, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will endeavour to resolve everything to your full satisfaction.
Instructions for the use and care of the goods supplied, if not supplied directly with some of the goods, can be downloaded from our website below or, if you wish, we will send them to you by email on request.
Please take the packaging material in which the shipment was delivered (paper and cardboard) to a recycling collection centre or to the sorted waste collection bins. Dispose of the packaging if it is paper, similarly if it is PVC or PE, place it in the sorted waste container for plastics. If this is not possible, dispose of the packaging with the regular municipal waste. Likewise, when the goods have reached the end of their useful life, take them to a recycling collection centre or dispose of them as municipal waste.
