Company Scorpion Elektro s.r.o. fulfilled its statutory obligation to ensure the take-back and recovery of packaging waste in the manner pursuant to Section 13(1)(C) of the Packaging Act by concluding a contract on pooled fulfilment with the authorised packaging company EKO-KOM, a.s. on 2 October 2015 and by joining the Pooled Fulfilment System under the client number F00150512.
EKO-KOM, a.s. with its registered office at Na Pankráci 1685/17, Prague 4, 140 21 ID No.: 25134701 as an authorized packaging company issued a certificate to Scorpion Elektro s.r.o., which proves compliance with the obligations under §10 and §12 of the Packaging Act.
